Orobianco Restaurant: The Customized Menu beyond the five senses
It’s situated on top of a hill, with breath-taking viewsof the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñón de Ifach. “Orobianco is a restaurant with Italian roots but with a Spanish heart. My best moments and the ones that have marked me the most have been in this country”. as defined by our Chef, Marco Tacchetto.
We offer a seasonal menu customized to suit the diner, who has a possibility to enjoy it in five, seven or eleven courses. Haute couture where the element of surprise is part of the experience.
Our objective is to investigate the possible cultural and gastronomic connections that unite the classic Italian cuisine with local products, as well as the most current culinary trends and techniques. The gastronomic proposal is based on simplicity, traditions, cultural values, understanding, sensitivity and beauty. A kitchen that is based on respect for the producer and the product.

Sensitivity, introspection and understanding
For our Chef, Marco Tacchetto, cooking has become “a type of intimate and personal contact between the environment and the diner via nature, raw ingredients, and food. A balance of high-quality items arising from introspective labor”.
After passing through different internationally recognized restaurants Tacchetto, has decided to return to Spain to develop his own cuisine. For Marco, gastronomy is a language and his way of expressing himself.
